Ruslan graduated in the top of his class from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. His prior experience includes a judicial externship with the Honorable Joel H. Slomsky of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, litigation-focused work involving insurance and liability matters, and advocacy for clients navigating health-care coverage denials. He has also drafted trial and appellate briefs in workers’ compensation and veterans’ benefits matters.

At Villanova, Ruslan served as Executive Editor of the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal and published legal scholarship on NFL anti-tampering policy. He earned his undergraduate degree from Villanova University, summa cum laude, and is awaiting Pennsylvania bar examination results.
